What is Nashville Dance Fest?

This is ultimate country dancing and music festival! We’re bringing you fun & high energy dance instruction & concerts for a weekend of dancing, boot stomping live music, and memories to last. Plan to dance A LOT and be surrounded by others learning just like you! Plus: social dancing, dance competitions, food trucks, full bar,  live music, and more.  Bring your boots and we can’t wait to see you there! This is our therapy.

What ages are allowed to attend Nashville Dance Fest?

Nashville Dance Fest is an ALL AGES event!OUTDOOR: Festival Grounds Open Until 2am DailyAll ages are welcome throughout the outdoor Nashville Dance Fest grounds until 2am, including outdoor social dancing.INDOOR: Nashville Palace Open Until 2am DailyThe Nashville Palace is an active bar and must comply with applicable alcohol laws and licensing requirements. Attendees under 21 will receive a high-visibility wristband and have their hands marked with large X's. Removing or tampering with either may result in immediate removal from the event. 18+ will be allowed in Nashville Palace throughout the weekend. Attendees under 18 will be required to exit the Nashville Palace building at 8pm and may continue enjoying the outdoor festival grounds, including social dancing, concerts, vendors and more until midnight.Children & TicketsChildren under 12 are FREE with a ticketed adult. Anyone 12 or older requires a regular event ticket. Youth tickets are not available.The simple version: 🤠 NDF = ALL AGES 🎟 Under 12 = FREE with ticketed adult 🍻 Nashville Palace = age restrictions apply 💃 Outdoor Festival Grounds = ALL AGES until midnight

Will there be alcohol?

Yes there will be main full bars and satellite bars throughout the festival.  21+ ONLYYou MUST have a valid ID, there are no exceptions. During registration to receive your credentials, our team will be checking ID's and given the appropriate age wristband along with your credential. These must remain on throughout the weekend. We encourage responsible social drinking for all of our guests that are of legal age.Remember to tip your bartenders.

Yes, we will have food trucks at the venue available for our guests as well as a full restaurant at Scoreboards Bar & Grill!

What else should I bring/pack?

Charging packs for your phone.A notebook if you want to take notes in class.A warm jacket. We will also have NDF sweatshirts available for sale.A backpack is a great idea to bring with you when you aren't in your room for the day. Your bag will need to be checked with security before entering the event. Bag check is located at the General Store, and there are Confirm the floor names and the Liquid Death offer for Vol. 5, or make them generic ("storage shelves at select dance floors").Cash for bartender tips and water bottles/etc.

Will there be parking?

All attendees will have free parking in the Opry parking lot, directly across the street from Nashville Palace. There will be signs and traffic guards to direct you.Absolutely no parking for NDF attendees at Edwin Watts Golf, Nashville Palace, or Scoreboard Bar & Grill.

As much as we love our furry friends, and some not so furry, we unfortunately will not allow pets at Nashville Dance Fest.

Will there be water onsite?

There will be a complimentary hydration station available during workshops from 9am to 6pm, located next to Liberty Hall. Confirm the floor names and the Liquid Death offer for Vol. 5, or make them generic ("storage shelves at select dance floors").Water will also be for sale at each main bar, satellite bar, and from vendors.

I can no longer make it to the event, do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event.

While we will never cancel an event because of weather or environmental conditions; conditions may necessitate a postponement to a later date.

In the event of a weather postponement we will work diligently with our local partners to give as much advanced notice as possible and secure a make-up date. Your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If the participant is unable to attend the make-up date, we will provide a ticket credit that can be used for any future Kickstart Country events.

Lost & Found will be located at Will Call and Registration. Neither Nashville Dance Fest nor Nashville Palace will be responsible for lost or stolen items.
