• Friday-Sunday, September 4-6, 2026. Labor Day weekend.
• Nashville Palace. 2611 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214.
• All ages. All levels. No partner, no experience, no problem, y'all.
• Live music all day and a headline concert every night: five tented dance floors, two indoor stages, and the outdoor Main Stage.
• Bring a valid ID. Check in at Registration for your credential and age wristband. Both stay on all weekend.
• Come and go as you please.
• Everyone clears a security checkpoint: metal detectors, bag search, and a release form for every attendee.

TICKETS

• GA Weekend Pass: all three days, 9AM to 2AM.
• GA Single Day Pass: one day of your choosing, 9AM to 2AM.
• Concerts & Social Pass: evenings from 6PM. Concerts, social floors, Silent Disco. No workshops or competitions.
• VIP upgrades: Rhinestone & Diamond Lounges, dedicated coffee & snacks, merch discount.
• Every ticket includes the Thursday Launch Party at Category 10.
• Under 12 free with a ticketed adult. Anyone 12 or older needs a regular ticket.
• All tickets are final sale. No exchanges, no refunds.
  • NDF never cancels for weather or environmental conditions. Conditions can force a postponement, and tickets transfer to the new date automatically.

WORKSHOPS

• Line dance, partner, technique, dips & tricks, and specialty classes, all weekend long.
• No partner needed. Classes rotate, with fill-ins as needed.
• Never danced a step? Basics classes break it all the way down.
• Advanced classes need an advanced workshop wristband. Email adia@nashvilledancefest.com to get approved.

COMPETITIONS

• Line Dance, Strictly, Jack & Jill, and the Honky Tonk World Championships.
• Come compete for one-of-a-kind NDF buckles.
• To enter you need a GA Weekend Pass plus the competition entry fee.
• Honky Tonk World Championships teams also need a Golden Ticket won at a Golden Ticket Event and a submitted video.
• Watching is included with your GA pass. There is no spectator pass.

AGES & WRISTBANDS

• The outdoor festival grounds are all ages.
  • Under 18 can stay on the outdoor grounds until midnight.
• The Nashville Palace is an active bar. Anyone 18+ is welcome all weekend; under 18 must exit the building at 8PM.
• Under 21 wear a high-visibility wristband and get X'd hands. Remove or tamper with either and you may be removed from the event.
• Bars are 21+ ONLY. Valid ID required to be served, no exceptions.

HOURS

• Festival grounds: 9AM to 2AM daily.
• Registration opens 9AM.
• Workshops, social dancing & activations: 10AM to 7PM.
• Competitions: 2PM to 7:30PM.
• Concerts & multi-floor social dancing: 7PM to 2AM.

GETTING HERE & PARKING

• Free parking for all attendees in the Opry lot, directly across the street.
• No attendee parking at Edwin Watts Golf, Nashville Palace, or Scoreboards Bar & Grill.
• Entry and check-in are between Nashville Palace and Edwin Watts Golf.
• Flying in? BNA is about 8 miles out, 10-15 minutes by car.

• Labor Day weekend in Music City sells out. Book early.

ON THE GROUNDS

• Bags, water bottles and backpacks are fine on the grounds. None inside the Palace, ever.
  • Bag check is at the General Store.
• Free hydration station 9AM to 6PM, next to Liberty Hall. Water for sale at every bar and vendor.
• Food trucks all weekend, plus Scoreboards Bar & Grill. Come hungry.
• Wear broken-in shoes. Nothing with solid rubber bottoms. Pack a warm jacket.
• Bring cash. Tip your bartenders.
• No weapons. No outside food. No pets.
